  1. Surprised you didn’t include some of the automatic trackers like Fuelband from Nike or Up by Jawbone. Given how automatic their tracking is, easier to stick to. Of course, most of these are used by those already with healthy lifestyles ..l

    • Andrew good suggestions. I also like Misfit’s new tracker. But you are correct these are usually used by those who are already committed to a fit lifestyle…hopefully some newly diagnosed cardiac patients will commit and consider these trackers.
